Notifications

Notification settings can be managed at the school-wide level or for individual profiles, depending on your needs.

The following notifications can be configured:

• New chat messages
• New group messages
• New assignment submissions
• New behavior incidents logged in Spark
• Reward redemptions when a student redeems a reward

School-wide Admin Notification Settings

Admin or staff with access can manage school-wide notification settings by going to Settings → School → Notifications.

Additional notification settings will be added as more options become available.

Currently, the following settings are included:

• Behavior: Set the default admin who will receive notifications when a behavior log is recorded.
• Reward Redemptions: Choose which staff member(s) will receive notifications when rewards are redeemed, either school-wide or within a specific classroom.

Staff Profile Notification Settings

Staff members can manage personal notification preferences by accessing their My Notifications page, found when clicking on the school logo at the top of the left menu. Available settings include:

• Assignment Submission Emails: Choose whether and when you receive an email notification when a student submits an assignment.
• Chat Notification Emails: Choose whether and when you receive an email notification when you receive a new chat message.
• Message Notifications: Choose whether and how you receive notifications when you receive a new message or a reply to a message.

Guardian Notification Settings

Guardians can manage personal notification preferences by accessing their My Notifications page, found when clicking on the school logo at the top of the left menu. Available settings include:

• Chat Notification Emails: Choose whether and when you receive an email notification when you receive a new chat message.
• Message Notifications: Choose whether and how you receive notifications when you receive a new message or a reply to a message.
