What is the School Resources & Information Page?

The School Resources & Information Page is a publicly accessible webpage where your school can share important forms and announcements. It provides an easy way to keep families and the community informed, without requiring a login.

Who Can View It?

Anyone with the direct link can view the contents of your School Resources & Information Page.

To provide access, simply share the URL.

Accessing the School Resources & Information Page

Public Access

Families, guardians, students, and others can access the page using the URL you provide. To share the page with others, simply copy the URL and send it via you preferred method.

Admin and Staff Access

There are two simple ways to access your school’s Resources & Information Page from the staff and admin portal:

Option 1: From School Settings

  • Navigate to School → Settings
  • Click the link titled “School Resources and Information Page”

Option 2: From Quick Links

  • Click Links at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar
  • Select “School Resources & Information” from the list

Posting to the School Resources & Information Page

You can post both announcements and forms to your School Resources & Information Page. These items will also appear on the Guardian Portals for added visibility.

Posting Announcements

  1. Go to Admin → Communications → Announcements
  2. Open the announcement you'd like to post
  3. Check the box labeled “Post announcement on your School Resources and Information page”

The announcement will now be visible on both the public page and the Guardian Portals.

Posting Forms

  1. Go to Admin → Forms → Form Pages
  2. Open the form you want to share
  3. Click Share in the top-right corner
  4. Check the box labeled “Post to School Resources & Information Page”

The form will now be displayed on both the public page and the Guardian Portals.

School Information

Your school name, logo, and contact information will appear at the top of the page. To update this information, update the fields in School -> Settings.
