Spark Subscriptions
Spark offers four subscription plans—Starter, Homeschool, Microschool, and Enterprise—each with personalized support and some with a free 30-day trial. Here’s a quick overview of each plan:
Starter:
- Price: $2.99/month
- Designed for up to 3 students
- Additional students: $1.49 each/month
- Includes an assignment planner, student submissions, one teacher/staff portal, and 10GB of storage
- Note: Student portals are not included
Homeschool:
- Price: $6.99/month
- Designed for homeschools with up to 3 students
- Additional students: $1.49 each/month
- Includes LMS features, including student portals, unlimited teacher/staff access, rewards, event calendar, terms, attendance, library, school chat, and 50GB of storage
- 30-day free trial included
Microschool:
- Price: $34.99/month
- Designed for up to 25 students
- Additional students: $1.49 each/month
- Includes all Spark LMS and SiS features available, 30,000 emails/month, and 200GB of storage
- 30-day free trial included
Enterprise:
- Price: Contact us
- Designed for larger schools with 100 students or more
- Additional students (over 100): $1.00 each/month
- Includes all Spark LMS and SiS features, 30,000 emails/month, and 500GB of storage
- Includes a 1-hour onboarding session, priority support, priority feature requests, and a dedicated account manager
- The plan can be customized and schools can apply for financial assistance

Add-ons
Enhance your Spark subscription with optional add-ons tailored to your school's needs.
Support Sessions – $50/hour
Get personalized help beyond the initial free demo. Ideal for in-depth guidance or troubleshooting.
Additional Storage – $15/month per 100GB
Expand your file storage capacity as your school grows.
Dedicated Account Manager – $150/month
Receive hands-on support from a dedicated Spark account manager who monitors your usage and ensures fast responses. Included in the Enterprise Plan.
Priority Support & Feature Requests – $170/month
Enjoy a 24–48 hour response time on support inquiries. Your feature requests will also move to the top of the list. Included in the Enterprise Plan.
Custom Data Transfer – Starting at $150
Let us handle student records, course imports, or other data migrations. Billed hourly at $50/hour, with a 3-hour minimum. Included in the Enterprise Plan.
Dedicated Infrastructure & Database – $200/month
Get a private server setup for increased stability, security, and performance—ideal for large or growing schools.
Changing Your Subscription
- Go to School → Subscription.
- Click Manage Billing Details.
- Select Update Plan to switch plans or adjust your student count.
If certain features are unavailable, you may be using the Starter or Homeschool version. Upgrade by going to School → Subscription and selecting a new plan. Checkout is secure through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime.
To change to the Enterprise plan, contact Spark at hello@sparkschools.co.

Canceling Your Subscription
- Navigate to School → Subscription.
- Click Manage Billing Details.
- Select Cancel Plan.
- Confirm your cancellation by clicking Cancel Plan again and provide a reason if desired.
