Join us for a 2-hour visit to Greenbriar Community School, a K–12 school on 173 acres in rural Central Texas. See how we blend academics with hands-on learning through independent study, group projects, and outdoor exploration. During your visit, you might observe math, language arts, maker's space activities, gardening, science experiments, or nature studies. Come see how students develop critical thinking and creativity while following their interests.
Our day runs from 9 am to 3:15 pm Monday-Thursday. In the mornings we focus on core curriculum, such as ELA, writing, math, science, history and geography. In the afternoon we add in elective classes such as yoga, welding, improv, newspaper, orchestra, and more. The classes offered will vary each year, based on the interests of the children enrolled and the interests of the parents and teachers involved. Kids can stay until 4pm to swim or do other activities with a parent present or, without a parent with late pick up enrollment.

Attend Open House on any Tuesday (register here so we know your coming) and take a tour. If you feel we're a good fit, submit an application. We'll review it based on our current staffing and offerings. If accepted, you'll be asked to pay supply fees and tuition. Pay for the full year at once and receive a 10% tuition discount.
